Santa's Bake Shoppe by Misty Cato papers missing

I recently purchased the kit Santa's Bak Shoppe by Misty Cato. I noticed the download was missing a couple a couple of papers that were advertised in the preview. Particularly the cute one, the white with red candy stripes that they use for a background border paper in the sample lo. I contacted help and haven't heard back. Anyone have this experience. Not sure if this right place to post. HTanks!

You mean the paper that's 4th from the left in the preview kit? If so, that's strange as I just checked my kit and it's there - weird. If it is this paper, it might be worth deleting what you have on your hard drive and download it again. Hope that was of some help

Thanks for suggesting I try again. When you are looking at the folder in explorer the paper looks like a completely red paper even on a extra large icon view. BUt I clicked on it today and looking again and its the correct one.
