Uploading help

Can someone help me upload a layout to the gallery? I know the file is to big but I cant remember for the life of me the proper way to do it!!!

You can upload by going to: https://www.sweetshoppecommunity.com...to.php?cat=500
There is a tutorial that you can look for example of uploading a layout to the gallery >>> https://www.sweetshoppedesigns.com/t.../save-for-web/
