Exclamation A Note About The Buy More Save More Promotion!

Alright chickies!

After doing a lot of testing and trying every On Sale combination I can think of in our store's admin, today's buy more save more sale is not working the way we intended.

The sale is only triggering if you add $50 of discounted products to your cart which ends up being about $75 in regular priced goods before the 50% kicks in.

I'm very sorry for any inconvenience and incorrect information I was sharing before. I didn't realize what was going on until a customer sent a detailed email and I had a lightbulb moment.

If you plan on buying lots, you are welcome to go crazy today until you see the prices drop in your shopping cart, but if you just want to spend exactly at the $50 mark, you may have to wait til our new release sale ends tomorrow at 6am so that the discount is applied to the regular price subtotal.

Our Buy More Save More offer will be going on through Thursday, so there is still lots of time to grab what you love!

Robin I already placed my order and checked out before I found out about the 50% off thing, is there a way to apply my previous order to do more shopping?

Tracey, I cant combine orders or adjust for discounts after an order has been placed, but if you place a brand new order which includes everything you purchased before + new items to get the discount to apply. I'll refund your original order from your history and delete it from your order history, so you can take advantage of the sale. Just email me when the new order is final and I'll get you taken care of.

$50 of discounted products which Robin said is about $75 and the 50% off is like 33 something

or you can wait til the new release 25% off ends around 6am EST and add $50 in new release products for $25

It looks like the new release sale shut off early. I was just finalizing my cart and all of the prices switched.

Yeah it was strange. I was all set to check out and things were fine. Then at about 1am all of the kits from the sundae bar changed to $5.99 in my cart.
