Default What's for dinner?

I'm in a rut and can't come up with an idea for dinner tonight. What's on your menu?

We had friends over tonight (it's 9pm here), and I served the only meal I make for other people:
Brown Sugar Spiced Porkloin with mashed potatoes & green beans.

Tomorrow night we're having PW Baked Ziti with carrots & singkamas.

We're going easy with spaghetti and a vodka mushroom sauce, salad and garlic bread.

No game or practice tonight for Cheyanne so I have time to make something not in the crock pot or on the run so probably one of her faves - black bean cakes with mango salsa.

I'm making Lighter Chicken & Dumplings from Cook's Illustrated as we have no game or practice tonight either & I have time for a 90 minute meal.

Tomorrow we are having a zucchini frittatta.

I'm roasting a whole chicken with rosemary, lemon & potatoes in my dutch oven. I think I'll serve it with peas? Or a tossed salad? Not sure about the side dish yet.

Good question.
I've been homebound this week with sick kids and really needed to go grocery shopping. So I've been faking our meals all week. I think I'm going with the "breakfast for dinner" idea tonight.

Tonight is either leftover steak and salad, or pulled pork roll ups with grilled zucchini. Yum - now I want to eat!

Pork chops. Red potatoes.

Is what we have at home. Not sure what I will do with them during the cooking process.

Bean burritos with refried beans from the freezer. DH made the beans, and he pulled them out of the freezer and said "I want burritos for dinner". I love it when I don't have to plan dinner. I don't mind making it, I just hate planning it. I might make some taco meat too.

We have practice all night. So it'll be frozen pizza or tortellini and crescent rolls. Just something super quick!

I have a coffee tonight at a Mexican restaurant. I'm making beef stroganoff for my husband and kids before I leave, though. Some vegetable will be the side...not sure what yet.
