Nope, sorry, Jessica, they're only for use in Photoshop or PSE. Now granted, I don't HAVE PSP, but from what I understand, they only work in PS.

darn...one of the things that doesnt work for PSP. I love PSP because its what I learned on but one day Im gonna have to upgrade. I just dread relearning everything
