Air Fryer?

I just got an air fryer last week and have made a few things so far, which have been big hits! We are trying to eat healthier and watch the junk, but curious if anyone has any good recipes to share or websites to get good recipes? Right now I just search Pinterest for everything! LOL

Erin I belong to a couple of air fryer facebook groups that are great with recipes. Want me to add you to them, if you aren't already?

What one did you get? M has begged for one for over a year now. I told her for my birthday (in April), I'll buy it for myself so we can start cooking that way. Hopefully it's not a flop like the Instant Pot!

I use it all the time, but I got all my recipes from Pinterest. It's great for veggies.

Haha, I have a Power Airfryer XL and have really only used it for frozen french fries and frozen sausage patties. I would like to try some "fried chicken" or something in there.

This is the one I got: BLACK+DECKER Purify 2-Liter Air Fryer, White/Black, HF100WD

So tonight I made a fresh boneless turkey breast in it - ready in about 30 minutes -moist and tender, and some homemade sweet potato fries.

I've done stuffed mushrooms, chicken tenders, fries, sweet potato fries, mozzarella sticks, pork roast, whole "baked" sweet potatoes, cauliflower tots just to name a few things I've done so far. This thing is amazing.

I am not in any groups ...yet. LOL
