Default File unzip and organization

Hey ladies!

I seem to remember that I used to use some sort of file tool/utility for unzipping zipped files that I purchase and download. Does anyone have one to recommend? windows extract isn't cutting it for me!

also...
how do you organize your files? Or do you not bother organizing and just store by kits and key word search ("stitch", "leaf", etc)?

thanks!

I started a thread a while ago to see how everyone organized their kits.

For your unzipping I have no clue sorry. I just extract in the downloads and then clean up what I don't need and place in my to scrap folder until I transfer onto my external hard drive. Then it makes it into the categories.

OMG! I had no idea that some sorting/organizing systems are so in-depth! I'm pretty sure I'm not capable of that. I'm that person who has 1,000 unread emails I might try tagging all the previews at least so I can quickly visually scan through them. love all the suggestions in that thread!
