Default Qotd: Do you work out?

Do you work out? What kind of excercises do you do? Do you like it?

I used to work out. I used to do excercises for my (lower) back. 3 times 10 minutes a day. I didn't love it, but it was ok.
I also went rollerblading 1 hour a day (if the weather allowed it) and I recently started again. I love it a lot!

Yes. I do a group class at the gym 4x/week. It's Hiit/crossfit inspired workout. I do love it. I was training for another 1/2 marathon up until a few weeks ago when I pulled a muscle behind my knee. Totally stinks!

Yes I do. In the beginning of AUG I joined Omni Fight Club and I love it!

I do. I used to do Zumba, but have started HIIT instead and found a great workout program that I can do anywhere. If you're like me and have a hard time fitting a workout into a busy schedule then try bodyboss. It's a 12 week program designer to make you more fit and tighten your body. I love how easy it is.

Yes - I work out for one hour a day. I rarely miss.

Yes I do. I go to a small gym and I love it. I used to go to early morning classes but just started going at night. Exercise keeps me sane.

Does running around after 4 young kids count?? :P

I kid (only a little).

Actually, I do a group fitness class once a week for babywearing mothers. I put my 7 month old in the Ergo carrier, dance around with other women to pop music and have a giggle for an hour. It's a lot of fun and great for the soul. That's as organised as I get.

I used to religiously work out on my elliptical ... until I got pregnant and had a baby. Now I feel like a big blob. I usually get in my 10k in steps, but I'm just starting to get back into working out. It's hard to find the time - while I know that's a bit of a cliche, little man wants to be held a lot when I get home from work and then before I know it, it's after 9pm. I did manage to work out 30 minute tonight. Yesterday I went on a walk. It's not enough.
