Help!

Ok I ordered the QA and I am trying to download the first link but i keep getting an error...well not really an error....it starts downloading then it just stops...I only have two more trys left I am not sure what else to do...I have been able to download just fine today for other things.

Hmm.....maybe try restarting your comp or router or something?
If you use up all your dls robin will reset them, but still.

I'm sorry Holly! I have no words of wisdom, but it's happened to me more than once. I restarted and it seemed to help, but idk if that was the real reason.

I got the second link to work...but it's not as fast as usual...hmm...

Maybe the server is just busy right now (though I've only had that happen on a Saturday). Maybe just wait a half hour and try again?

Glad it worked! That has happened to me before. I usually just wait a while and try again later.
