If I "organize" my stuff, which is to say move it around in the folders, would that screw up my tags?

I'd like it to be neater, but not if it means I have to retag everything. LOL
 
You can move it wherever you want to AS LONG AS you're in ACDSee when you do it. If you're not dragging and dropping and moving within the actual pg, you WILL lose all your tags.
 
It just means you have to be in ACDsee to do any organization stuff if you want to keep tags. So if you're going to move a product from one folder to another, just open ACDsee to do it, and it'll keep all the tags in place. Otherwise, you'll just have to pop in later and retag it if you move it, etc.

I just am a bit uneasy about the "BUT DON'T SCREW UP OR YOU ARE DOOMED" cloud hovering over it. :p

It took me a week to do all this tagging, and I have at least 5x more stuff now than I did then. I'd actually cry irl.
 
I've found if you do forget and move it outside of ACDSee so long as you back it back to EXACTLY where it was (hard drive location) when you tagged it, you can get your tags back...

Really? I haven't tagged much, but I did lose a few tags by moving stuff accidentally outside of ACDSee. Cool!
