An Important Message for Animal Lovers Everywhere

Oh, sorry to hear that, but yep. I accidently killed my fish once when I forgot to add the chlorine remover stuff. Guess you shouldn't clean the bowl when you are in a hurry.
 
This one's all DH's fault. He was simply trying to add a little more water to the aquarium and used his Nalgene water bottle...that he'd just washed. :blink: Apparently he didn't get ALL the soap out. Once the leftover soap got going in the filter, it was like bubbles in a jacuzzi. They were dead before we knew what had happened. Stinks. :thumbdown:

I remember as a kid we had a gumball fish tank and I cleaned it and when we put the fish back in and turned on the air a few hours later it was a sud show. So I am guilty too.:thumbdown:
