Best way to punch holes for bracket album?

Ok, so I'm trying to put together my first bracket album. I have my pages all cut out and ready to go from there. How do you cut out the holes in the pages for the ring to fit through? Regular hole punch? I have a cropadile here, but the holes seem to be too small. Or am I missing something?

I go for 1 of 2 options.

1) Glue side 1 to page, use crop-o-dile to match holes as best as possible, punch. Glue side and use the same process.
2) If the holes are bigger than the crop-o-dile, I use a paper peircer to get a hole started, then use a pencil or something and just push it through.

And as I'm typing this I realized that the BG albums have a grommet on some of them. Is that what you're talking about? If you want the metal ring around the hole to show, you can use a craft knife to carefully cut out around it.

I am probably the only one that has done this .... but for my BG LUggage tag I wanted the grommet to show on the cover & back but wanted the holes all nice and clean. I used my X-acto knife but the edges were not "clean" very rough and jagged.

SO - I pulled out my electric nail file/pedicure kit and grabbed the cone file and sanded away the edges to make them nice and smooth.

Chainsaw, 9mm.
Just kidding! I was wondering that myself, but it's about time I go buy some stinking ink cartridges. LOL

Well, before I bought my new Crop-A-Dile, I used the hole punch/eyelet setter tool that came in my Making Memories tool kit. It took me about 3 weeks to figure out that I needed to use the hammer and bang it on a magazine or something to get a clean cut with a few whacks. Otherwise, I was twisting and grinding away like a loon. Will be using the Crop-A-Dile from now on!

To go over the basic gray album pages that have the grommets I use a flower or 5/8" circle punch. The rest of the pages I use my crop a dile

Thanks for the replies everyone. I ended up using my Crop a Dile for most of the pages. I think I was being too anal about getting the holes the same size as the ones already in the chipboard. For the cover and back page, I used my exacto knife to trim out the excess so that the grommet showed. Not the smoothest way to do it but, oh well.
