OKay so I'm not signed up to play this game, but I gotta post anyways...

What the HECK was up with Jason tonight? He was SOOOOO bad!! Like REALLY bad. My ears hurt. I didn't even realize he was singing I Shot The Sheriff until he "sang" that line and then I was like "WOOOOOAH, he's butchering this song!!". Then he forgets his lines in his second song...

I agree with Simon... he better pack his bags!!

Man..I love Jason..he has a unique voice which I could listen to if he put an album out, but tonight he blew. Poor dreadlocks of love! :(

I totally agree, Manda! Off the four remaining contestants, I would most likely purchase an album made by Jason. I guess I just like that surfer boy stoner folk rock vibe, ya know? But tonight was painfully bad.
I think that he realized several weeks ago what a GINORMOUS mistake this show was for him and now he just doesn't seem to give a crap. Seriously, could he care any less when he totally sucks? I mean, he could have picked so many better songs that the ones he picked that would still have kept his "hippie" persona going. But instead he picked a song about drug use and a song that probably offended half his "tween" audience. And he totally butchered them!! He simply doesn't give a crap anymore. He'll probably be stoked when he gets voted off tomorrow night. Then at least he can go back to being a stoner. lol

Sadly, I agree. I love that he is being himself..don't get me wrong, but he just seems REALLY uninterested. Maybe that's just the way he is, probably so, but he does give off a "I just got stoned backstage..duuuuuude." vibe lately. When we were watching tonight, Jules and I both said.."Go figure!" when he said he was singing Bob Marley. LOL
 
I almost think he did it on purpose so he could go home. I think that maybe he cares a little for syesha and what might happen if he stayed and she didn't.

I have to agree with the general concensus...

Bottom 2: Jason, Syesha (hers based more on perceived popularity than performance)
Going Home: Jason (he has to go now after those performances)

I think Syesha just keeps getting better but I am NOT putting that sexy man in the bottom 2 and I think that all the little teenie boppers are NOT gonna let David A go so I am gonna go with what everyone else said

I think Jason was TRYING to get booted.
I mean seriously, he forgot the lines? I watched that part and the had the melody down pat as well as the little hmm, hmm part. I think he did it on purpose.
And his little cocky grin...just really pisses me off.
 
I am so not happy about this week, I think Jason should go but I think he's got too many teenage girls voting for him!

I do keep wondering if this will be the huge shock week, there almost aways is one week where the completely wrong person will be booted. But maybe that will be next week.

I'm not playing but Jason should TOTALLY go home. I would have paid money to have him go home like 5 weeks ago. I'm very bummed for some of the other contestants that should have been on that stage last night and instead Jason was there. :(

I also will say that I LOVED David A's songs. I think he has also grown the past 4-5 weeks. I wish he'd bring some real "concert performance" to his songs, but I guess he just doesn't have it in him. I think he sounds great and performs horribly. I hope he makes a real change for next week and brings some spark.
