DH And I Had A Date Night

Last night...the first time we've been out without kids since our anniversary in December! LOL! We sent the kids to DH's parents for the afternoon/evening, and we headed into the city. We had a GC to the Keg Steakhouse from our anniversary, so we used that (OMG, such good food, mmmmm)...and we had bought those movie night tickets at Costco, so we went to the theater and watched What Happens In Vegas. That movie is HILARIOUS, we're totally buying it when it comes out on DVD, and I never say that, lol.

While we were in the city, DH decided to buy Guitar Hero III and the guitar, so we've been playing that since we got home last night, lol...um, yeah...NOW I see how this game is so addicting! Holy crap...it's awesome, lol!

Anyhow, yeah...it was a good time. I think we need to go out and have random fun more often!

LOL, no...unless you count me making DH stand in the VERY long line at the ticket counter in the theater for our tickets, then making him stand in the VERY long line at the concession stand, while I went and got seats, lmao.

The theater was CRAZY yesterday, holy...Sex & The City was sold out for all the late shows, and Indiana Jones was sold out when we got there (we actually went to see What Happens In Vegas, so it was no biggie to us, but DAMN, the lines were long). We got there at 7:15, our movie was supposed to start at 7:50, and DH didn't get into the theater with our snacks until after the previews had already started.

We had a date night Thursday night! We haven't had one since Valentine's Day & we don't have kids! lol We too went to dinner & a movie & shopping. We saw Prince Caspian! LOVED it! Glad you had a great time! Dates are still so much fun even after you're married!

Sounds like a great time honey! We are heading to mohegan sun casino here for my birthday and I am SO excited!! We are gonna have a nice dinner and maybe try out the slots LOL Yeah im cheap..
