Journaling - To say Mallory is a diva is an understatement. Today it was about the clothes I bought her. Two things were acceptable, the rest she turned her nose up at! She is stubborn, bossy, and strong willed. She needs to get her way or the rest of us suffer. Everyday I have to decide which battles to fight with her and which ones are not worth the time and effort. Her brothers seem to understand this, but at times they struggle with it. Bryan definitely does. Sometimes I do question myself as a parent - am I doing the best I can with her? But honestly, I think the answer is yes. It helps that her brothers came before her and they are great kids. They are much more laid back and easy going than she will ever be! I do think, however, that these traits that make her so difficult at this age will serve her well later in life... at least that's the hope!
Here is the longest list of credits I've ever done in my life!
