Hi. :)
How often does Shutterfly run their "unlimited pages" deal? Or whatever it is called. I think I end up with 111 pages when they do. Makes for 113 layouts since I put one on the front cover and one on the back. :D I should probably just go ahead and set up a book and it will be all ready to go when the next deal comes around. I know they just had that deal but can't remember if it's twice a year. Or four times. More?

IDK the exact number but I feel like every other month I see the sale...but probably quarterly. Sorry, no help at all lol!

I think it's quarterly.
They just mailed me a single use unlimited pages code if you don't want to wait though ;)

I know at times it seems like it is every month but I think it is more like every 6 to 8 weeks.
I'd get the book ready and when it comes around again, order it. That way you aren't scrambling to get it ordered.

Thanks, ladies. I'll probably work on a new book over the next week and let it just sit there. :D

I feel like it's about every 2 months or so. I'm going to get some more books ready, too. I just got most of mine from the last deal. I tried the 6 color printing and I'm not sure I can tell a difference between that and the normal printing. Anyone else have any experience/comparison thoughts with the 6 color printing?

I was wondering about the 6 color, also. I ordered one book in that last deal. And did not do the upgrade. The pages look fine to me, though.
I did the upgrade to get the free shipping. The book is on the way though so I have not seen it yet

Since I took advantage of the deal a couple of weeks ago, we'll see if I do the next one or not.
I need to stash away the cash for it. lol
Here was my happy mail a week ago.

I love it when Shutterfly has an unlimited pages sale and I have a book ready to print.

Sort of on topic: I started using Amazon Photos (included in my Prime membership) this week to share photos of a trip I recently took with friends. While uploading photos I noticed an ad for 45% off at Shutterfly for Prime members. I haven't used it so I don't know if/how it works but maybe it's worth checking out?!

I did the upgrade to get the free shipping. The book is on the way though so I have not seen it yet
My book arrived, and the upgrade (6 colors) was worth it. It was vibrant, and the clarity was better as well.

I just ordered our 1st Disney Cruise album! I had a $25 Shutterfly Gift certificate, and it actually let me use a 20% off coupon (it never seems to allow coupons and offers together!) So, I am getting an unlimited page album for only $3.50 or so total! So excited!
But yes, like Rebecca, I have 3 graduation albums that need to be ordered before May/June...so hopefully they have a couple more sales!

Unlimited pages happening again. Good thru March 16.
Includes Layflat pages. Code: PBDEAL
As to the original question in the thread... this offer is 2 weeks after the previous offer! Looking back at old posts, the deal before that was posted the end of January.

Thanks, ladies. I wish they had unlimited pages along with free shipping. Looking back at my first few orders, it looks like the price of the book has gone up which makes the shipping cost go up, too. Or, I suppose, shipping costs have just gone up as well. I bought a book for $43 a few of years ago and the last two (same size and details) from January and February this year were $59 and $65. Ugh.

I look at it this way. With the big discount I'm getting on the unlimited pages, the cost of shipping is well worth it.
Although I've never gotten a book as cheap as you have. My cheapest was $77 and that was in 2020.

Oh, wow. What are your book details? Mine are 10 x 10. Basic hardcover. Regular pages (not flat.) No upgrades.

I always get free shipping with unlimited pages--just add the code after you put in the code for free pages. It always works! Usually you can find the code on main page at Shutterfly scrolling across the top of the page.

Argh! I tried and tried the last two times and couldn't get both to take. Or...there wasn't a code for that on their banner. Just some other codes. I swear I tried! lol
I'll surely try harder next time! :p

I do get layflat pages and 10x10 books. I prefer them so willing to pay a little more. The very first book I did was a soft cover and regular pages (about a 28 page book). I hate flipping through it since the pages don't lay flat. So all books after that are hard cover and layflat pages.
I just checked my previous orders.
In 2020, I paid $77.20 for a 10x10 book with a hard photo cover and standard layflat pages. Didn't pay shipping on this one, savings of $8.99.
In 2022, I paid $86.84 for a 10x10 book with a hard photo cover and standard layflat pages. Paid shipping of $8.99 on this one.
My last book bought in 2024 cost $93.16 with the same things as the 2022 book. Shipping cost $9.99.
But I look at the bottom line. That book that cost $93.16 would have cost me $264.97 without the unlimited free pages.

The cost of shipping is why I wait until I have three or four books ready to go... :/
Does anyone know if Mixbooks does a free additional page deal? I have only noticed 50% off... any price comparisons?

So I have a 61 page book in my cart - I converted the slideshow from my MIL's funeral into a book to print for hubby, his sister and dad. The Extra Pages code works, but not the free shipping (it's over $79).
Wonder if that's because it's international? Or because it's not $79 per item? It's 134.97 before shipping and international taxes (for 3 books). I'm not too worried about the shipping but if I can get it cheaper I'll try!
Anyone international get free shipping?

When did they change the max pages per album to 111?
I'm trying to order my son's annual album (114 pages because the limit used to be 120) so now I have to cut pages and make sure I don't upset my double-pages spreads.

Then maybe I'm remembering it wrong. I know in 2019, I printed two volumes because I had an obscene amount of pages but otherwise, I've never exceeded 110. It's weird to me that the last page is blank with just their logo because I used to be able to print a layout on the end page too.
