As if you didn't already know LOL!
I slept weird or something last night (noooo, not what you think, I was here chatting remember? LOL) and my back is killing me today! I can hardly get up off the couch, I don't know what I did to myself.
Only I can seriously injure myself sleeping. I knew I was clumsy and uncoordinated, but this is nuts LOL :cursing:

Oh yeah, I've done that before. Once it happened to my neck and that's when I started realizing that I'm aging just like everyone else.

Might be stress-induced Jamie, I'm going through the same thing with rumors of the layoff. I get all tense during sleep and wake up with a sore back and shoulders the next day.

ROFLMAO... I read the title and was thinking, "she's just now figuring that out"? Just kidding!
Hope you can get some rest and it feels better soon! Did you try a heating pad?

That could definitely be it, I have a lot to be stressed about right now with moving and everything else.

Oh you're definitely not the only one who wakes up like that Jamie! My back usually feels all out of whack for awhile after I first wake up, mostly cause Kyle has decided he'd rather sleep in our bed most nights and he kicks and moves around in his sleep!

I have done the same thing Jaime, I know it hurts. It would be fun if there were at least a reason for it, ;)
I usually put A535 or a rub type thing like that and it gets better. Hope you feel better soon

Oh, I totally know what you mean!
I fell down a flight of stairs several years ago and didn't go to the doctor for it, so if I don't sleep with my head elevated high enough, I'll wake up with neck pain. Combine that with back pain from the gurls...
I'm Al Yankovic on the weird scale, dear. :)

You are definitely not the only one Jamie I think it's common to sleep in a funny position and wake up hurting! Hope you are feeling better soon!
