Has anyone seen the new M Night Shyamalan's new movie the Happening?

Not only is he one of my ALL TIME FAVORITE directors - My Favorite actor - my man Mark is in the movie - BONUS!!!!! I have not seen it yet so right now I am sweet talking my dh into taking me this afternoon - I love trying to figure them out - I have to spin this so it is somehow a fathers day outing -

So have you seen it? How is it?

It looks very good! I haven't been overly impressed with a movie of his since Sixth Sense, so hopefully this one with be in the same league as that one!

ok - I went - and :crying: sadly - it wasn't the best hes done - It was classic M Night - but it has the R rating for all the gore ... Its about a mysterious toxin that is released into the air turning off the ability of self preservation and makes people kill themselves - and he shows everyone killing them self

I was afraid it wasn't going to be good. I'm a huge fan too, but I saw it was only getting a 20% on rotten tomatoes (http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/10007985-happening/)

Darn!

I'm not big on scarey movies but it does have me intrigued. I'll wait till it comes out on DVD though. I would so much rather curl up on my sofa with a bag of popcorn all for less then $4 then pay $20+ to go to the theater.
