Yesterday I saw a hybrid project for covering composition books and I went out and bought 5 of them yesterday to make gifts, of course, now today I can't remember where I saw that tutorial. I thought it was on either Miss Mint's Blog or Traci Reed's, but I just searching both of those and didn't see it. Does anyone know of one? Thanks!

I can't find a tutorial either, but I'd just measure your book, make your canvas big enough to have one print span the entire front and back and then print. Then glue down with some strong glue... like Mod Podge or something. Make sure it's really dry before trimming off any overhang. Then decorate. I haven't altered a composition book yet, but that's how I'd do it.

I don't know of a tutorial either, but Bree does have a template with directions in the shoppe here. I've done them before, making a front and back and also inside front and back covers by just measuring the book and printing mine slightly larger than the actual book. I usually butt one edge up against that binding tape on the book instead of trying to cover the spine too. HTHs

Yeah, I just measured. It's pretty easy...
Hmmm....I have a photo somewhere I can post. For the spine I ended up just hot glue guning a ribbon on it.

Check out a blog post I wrote for DigiScrapChat all about this very thing! It includes links to a couple of tutorials including the one on Miss Mint's blog! Here's the link to the post:

I just measured mine to make my layout, then traced around the edges to trim. I left the edges unfinished, but my kids teachers loved them along with their "survival kits"... that reminds me, I've got to upload my pics of those.

WOW ladies, those are beautiful. Such talent you all have. I'll have to try one just for fun. When I find the time.
