Just wondering how all our BIGGEST LOSER girls are doing?! And, don't forget to weigh in today - even if it's not the result you were hoping for this week!

I'm excited...I lost 5lbs this week (though I gained 6 last week, :blink: )

I'm down one more pound. Hey, I'll take it, especially considering I indulged in a tad too much chocolate last week.

I'd love to say I'm a big loser, but unfortunately, I gained 1 lb this week, so I'm at a net -0.5 lbs --- I normally fluctuate up and down a few lbs, so I'm pretty much at square one ... I'm such a lousy team member :(

Aww, no worries, Sheri -- it's all just for fun and to encourage one another. Just keep at it and you'll see some progress!

I lost the whopping .5 lb., which gives me a one lb loss overall. So it's probably just normal weight fluctuations. I know it's going to be a slow process so trying not to be too concerned about numbers. At this point, just trying to develop healthier habits like drinking more water and being more active physically.

I have been successful in drinking in WAY more water than I normally do, so I'm doing great! :)
I'm down a few pounds, but I was also having that monthly visitor so I'm sure that was part of it the first week. And it sounds like I might have convinced Jordan to get me an elliptical for real. Jackpot :)
EVERYONE is doing AWESOME! It's not the numbers that matter, it's all about developing healthy habits to change our lives for the better! WOOT!

Well I lost 5 this week - very happy about that. Though if I had taken the weight I had seen on my scale Saturday morning, it would have been 6 1/2 lost - but I'm just about to get my monthly visitor.

Laura, it's group of 3 teams that Teresa set up on a separate site. I think that it's closed to new members though right now b/c of the team thing.

Im doing ok.. I stayed the same as last week which is actually a good thing considering the fast food I ate this weekend.

Lost one pound, but it's better than nothing. I know I screwed up my food intake last week so I'm going to try and watch that this week (although being on vacation it won't be easy).
Can I join this group. I need some serious help here.
