Ok girls, I've got a question for you. I started playing sims again a couple weeks ago and for the life of me I can't make my sims have girl babies. I've been playing Sims2 on and off since it came out like 3 years ago and I have yet to have a baby girl on the game unless I created it or adopted a toddler. I've been playing with one family, adopted a little girl and I've had 3 boys in a row. Same story with another family, adopted a toddler girl and a baby boy.

Any suggestions. I'm started to get mad! :cursing:

Weird! I played the original Sims and never had a problem having girl babies, lol. Is there maybe a cheat code you can use to create a few girls? LOL!

I played the sims 2 for a little while. I always seemed to have an equal amount of boys and girls. The only reason I don't play anymore is 1. because I scrap too much and 2. it took up WAY too much room on my laptop!! Okay, so that's 2 reasons, LOL!!

OMFG, DROP THE CRACK PIPE!!!!
run run run
This sucked my life away for a couple of years!!

modthesims2.com (www.modthesims2.com)
insimenator.net (http://www.insimenator.net/)

Start browsing the forums at Insimenator... they have a machine you can download in the game that will help you have a baby girl, you get to choose the sex of the baby. (it also does a multitude of other stuff)

If you have any questions about Sims2, ask me, I was a modder for awhile, but please, for the love of the children, PUT THE CRACKPIPE DOWN!!!

Oh believe me, I know what I'm in for...I played Sims non-stop for MONTHS.

I'm still trying to get Sims2 installed...took 3 hours to download it, then 1 hour to de-encrypt, 1 hour to extract...now it's installing (it's been installing for 30 mins already and is only 36% done). I may go crazy waiting...

teehee... if there is a SIMS2 addict button out there, I need it.

seriously I am addicted to this game. Been playing it for a couple years and really got back into it earlier this year. I bought 5 of the expansion packs this year and no kidding, I leave the game running for weeks at a time. I can not close the game - I may get 5 minutes here or there to play.

I've got some cheat codes but let me warn you... once you cheat you don't go back! lmao I use them all the time now, I'm so bad.:p I found them from the Sims2 forum, its a great resource so check it out if you have any questions. I don't know if there is a way to force a particular sex of the baby but you can use the following cheat code to access tons of options.

type Ctrl+C to open the text bar. Type in "boolprop testingcheatsenabled [true/false]", then hold the Shift button and click on your sim. * you don't type the brackets, that means you select one to turn it on, the other turns it off.*

One cheat I use ALL the time it "motherlode". It gives you a buttlode of money. Sometimes you need to move an object while it is being used, type in "moveobjects [on/off]" for that one. You can also affect aging by typing "aging [on/off]"

So who is anxiously foaming at the mouth until Sims3 (http://thesims3.ea.com/home.php?languageCode=1) releases in 2009?!! :w00t:

Before you girls get too "into" Sims, particularly the newer expansion packs you should probably read this! (http://www.oneworldsims.com/the-sas/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=51&Itemid=85)

Oh my gosh I love the Sims! I never had any problems having girl babies...but there has to be a cheat. Like if you eat cheesecake before getting pregnant you'll have twins is a fun one.

I thought that there might be a Sims3 because they can play it on their computers on Sims2.

I checked out the EA site, man it looks awesome!
