They ran a promotion that went from when their single pages launched until Sept. 7th. If you placed a $10 order in single page prints during that time, they sent you a coupon for $100 in free prints.

I haven't gotten my order yet, but I'm hoping soon! I asked if we could use the $100 coupon for photo books, but they said we can only use it for single print orders. Bummer, but I'm still excited to get more single pages!

I used my and I got 230 8x8 for $12.00 and 2-3 day priority mail cost me $4.80!!

wow! That's a LOT. I'm super excited, they are good enough quality for me for right now, the fact that I can have them in a book makes me happy enough, I wouldn't be able to afford it otherwise.

I ordered $30 worth on August 31st, thinking I would be in on the promotion. I did not recieve any discount coupon. :( Does anyone know if contacting customer service would get me anywhere?

UPS sent me an email a few days saying my prints would come today or tomorrow - so I'm SO excited to see them - I havn't printed for over a year!

I signed up to their site using my yahoo, but paid with paypal that goes to dh's email address, and my coupon code was emailed to him, so if you use a different addy for paypal, you might want to check that mail too. But if it's not there, I've been hearing they're great about getting your code to you if you ordered during the promo if you just contact them.
I totally loved mine, I'm in the process or organizing mine for my 100$ order. I'm getting 30 8x8 prints of my pages for my mama's book, then I'm using the rest to print the rest of my 12x12 pages! It'll be so nice to be caught up and start fresh organizing my los!

did you check the email that's attached to your paypal? ... strangely enough that's where mine went, not to the email I gave for their site. (our paypal unfortunately goes to my dh's email... wahhhhhhhhhhh, he always knows when I'm shopping!)

I contacted them late last night early this morning and got a reply in less than 30 minutes.
I just got my order. I am a tad disappointed. There are a lot of things I like about them, but a few things I don't.
I followed the directions about resizing your prints to 12.25, so things wouldn't get cut off. Well it didn't matter. Most of my prints were cut way off. a couple even had white borders. The other thing I have an issue with is a couple(not all) of the pictures are very grainy. While they are not on my computer they are on the print. I am not sure why this is.

I am not sure where I saw it, but somewhere it says that their printing/shipping turn-around time is 1-3 days. Had I not looked at DST tho, I wouldnt have known they were so busy so they changed the turn-around to 4-7 days. I just think they should have let their customers who had orders waiting know what was taking so long. Good thing I wasn't in too big a hurry to get my prints.

They did reply to me right away tho and have offered to reprint my layouts.

Crazily enough, AS I was typing this last message, the UPS truck came and delivered my first 30 prints!!! I AM GIDDY they are sooo gorgeous! I love the finish on them sooo much more than Costco, although Costco did seem a bit sharper, love love love these. :) No edge troubles, everything is perfect.

I didn't have any edge trouble or graininess either!! I love my prints, I really like the satiny finish that came out! Yay for you!!

I want to compare them to Scrapbook Pictures. I am not sure if I will like the cardstock paper over the glossy paper. But I couldn't pass up the great coupon!

I really want these guys to be good, because I want to print on cardstock. I haven't printed anything yet, so I'd like to do cardstock.

Perhaps it's the cardstock printing process that makes it look grainy? Just because it's a different finish than photo paper?

The only prints of mine that had grainy pics were the ones that used pics I'd taken with my old crappy kodak nearing it's end, or pics I had heavily edited. Every other pic taken with my new camera, and even some old ones taken with my kodak when it was new that I didn't have to edit came out perfect, not grainy a bit.

Lucky! lol... Even the pics taken with my new 7.1 mp camera were grainy... and wedding photos taken with a 10 mp DSLR also came out grainy.

I'm so glad I caught this thread...I got my prints yesterday (I ordered on August 30th), and while it took longer than I thought, I LOVE the prints. Granted I have never printed my layouts before, but I still love them.

I never got the coupon code either, and I checked both of my emails. I am off to contact them through the site.

Ok I just got mine and I am disappointed. Maybe I am spoiled by the great quality of Scrapbook Pictures and MPIX but I am not impressed. Most of my photos are grainy and they shouldn't be since they printed fine with other companies.

I will use my coupon because I have grandmas that love to receive layouts but I won't put them in my scrapbook.
