Computer people, HELP! All of a sudden, when I go into Windows Explorer, it automatically scrolls to the bottom of the folder. And then won't let me scroll back up. If I use my scroll button, it lets me go up but pulls me straight back down. If I use the bar at the side to go up, it does the same thing. If I use my touchpad on the lappy it does the same thing. I've tried changing the battery in my mouse, no luck, I've tried restarting, no luck.
