I'm in a total rut with my exercising, and I need a few good videos that I can do at home. I have 3 kids 3 and under now, so working outside isn't really an option. What are your favorite videos? If you can let me know why you like them, that would be great!

I'm interested to find out what people think, too. But I do know that Target has exercise DVDs on sale for $13 each this week, including The Biggest Loser series. I'd be interested to hear thoughts on them if anyone has tried them...
The only ones I've tried are Yoga ones - I like Rodney Yee's am/pm yoga...

Seriously, I LOOOOVE these ones from Spark People. They are only 10 minutes each, but holy crap! Do you ever feel it when you are done! They require pretty much no equipment except dumbells, and are from beginner to expert. You just do them at your own pace. I do them slower because I'm new, but its easy to step it up a notch to get a harder workout. Oh, did I mention that they are free?

Scroll down about halfway and you'll see links to Day 1, Day 2 etc... click the day, and watch the video...

Hands down, Turbo Jam. They've got great music, fun moves, mostly non-annoying people working out in the video AND they work! :) I used them to get in shape before my wedding (stopped using them and gained some back, but they they do work when you use them, LOL). She's got a brand new series coming out this Fall sometime. Highly recommended!

I read a blog review on this the other day too. The blogger is a trainer and even she said it sucked, lol. She said that they switched moves too fast, and it wasn't very great for cardio... didn't even get her heart rate up. Said it was comparable to light walking... it wasn't recommended by her.

I would have to agree with Teresa. Turbo Jam is so fun! Its almost like you aren't exercising but having fun dancing around.

I have tried the Biggest Loser workouts too and liked those.

I have several of Jillian Michael's DVD's from the Biggest Loser - they're really good.

Chelsey, dang, didn't you just give birth?

I keep meaning to Netflix some. Are the ones @ Netflix any good, anyone know?

:) Yeah, but I excercised up until the day I delivered, and I'm feeling really lazy (spending a million hours a day nursing doesn't help!). And my family's been doing their own biggest loser, and one of our categories is time exercised. So I need to get some time in! I only have a 3 more weeks until my 6 week appt, so I figure that by the time videos get here from Amazon, I'll be raring to go!

I've never thought about Netflix...that's a really good idea. Except we only have the 1 at a time plan, so that might not work so well.
