LOL...it is just about time for it to start there, no? Still...the first snow is always a bit of a shock to the system and always seems so early.
(unless of course you're like me and stuck in FL at the moment...in which case, it never snows, lol)

LOL! Yes, it is Alaska.
But the first year I was here it didn't snow until October 26th and last year it was November 13th.
So, I think its a good 3 weeks early. :cursing: :cursing:

We don't get 80's and 90's here, so be thankful. I haven't been in weather above 75 since we went to Hawaii in November 2006.
I'm jealous. Can I come live with you? :p It was about 80 here today.
oh please keep it up north lol I hate drivers around here when it snows... idiots.

Yikes snow!!! I think we are due to get some soon too. LOL I live in VERY northern NY and it is pretty common for us to get snow in Oct. There was one Halloween that the kids had to trick or treat in the snow. LOL Hope your snow doens't stick around long. :)

we got snow at our cabin on labor day! that was insane! thankfully, it only lasted a little bit. but it is chilly here today and we're supposed to get mountain snow this week... not good since we are not having our family photos for another two weeks! I want fall photos, not snow photos! we usually get our first snow of the year around halloween. NOT ready for that!

I am so not ready for snow. I heard that we are supposed to get more than last year and it will start earlier. Last year was a record snowfall for us in Wisconsin.

We have to get a ton of snow for us to have a snow day. In April we got like 18 inches in one day and they sent the base home early, but it was a Friday, so no snow day. LOL!

We've actually had snow here earlier than that, but so far it's still staying away (hopefully for a bit longer). This year supposedly is supposed to be a year with very little snow (so says the farmer's almanac, lol), but usually we've got snow at least a while before Halloween (yeah, there's no point in dressing your kids up in something cute, cause they have to wear a snowsuit overtop anyway, lol).
