i just realized my cell phone has been turned off like for the first time EVER!!! :blink:

If Verizon would just make it easier for me to pay the bill online... i would but don't see that option ANYWHERE, weird bec it was there before then they changed their website around and don't see where to pay the damn bill online.

no wonder why i haven't heard from j for about 3 hrs

and now i know why my friends go thru withdrawls when she's w/o her phone...

anyone help me? where do i pay the bill online?

Do you log into your account here? http://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/index.html?tab=myaccount&lid=//global//my+verizon
Then when you login you should be able to view and pay your bill. :)

That stinks! I had that problem a couple of times before I set mine up on autopay. That made my life much easier! :thumbup:

That what i did, and it takes me to a page where is says Account Owner Feature is reserved for the account owner which is supposed to be ME since it's in my name, but so long ago J had set it up so it will be him who's the account owner... he thinks he knows everything, NOT

and i just tried to login his user name, and it's locked

::sigh:: well at least i know what's the problem now. That also means he has no phone either lol (we're on the same plan)

I'll just call them tmw morn
