I guess my nephew (5.5 months old) has had an unexplainable rash for like 4 weeks now on his back and her DR. told her about this. My sister had like 15 outfits and called them. They are sending her an envelope and she has to send the clothes back and they will send her a check.
I'm sure it's not ultra serious...but better safe then sorry!!!!

Yeah, I saw that a couple weeks ago. Cooper pretty much only wears Carters and I haven't noticed anything on him.
And his skin is ultra sensitive.

that is weird. Wonder if it eeffects any other tagless garments. I know I almost always have to cut the tags out because they cause me to break out so badly. Never thought the tag-free kinds would irritate the skin as well

All my kids' pjs are Carters, and I haven't noticed anything. I'm not worried, but it's good to know.

My mom works for one of the companies that outsources the labels. Without going into detail, if your child has a rash, take lots of pics and contact Carter's. It shouldn't be a serious reaction, but it shouldn't be happening in the first place, if you kwim.
