sorry if there has already been a thread about this. i dont' always have game plan in mind, so maybe i can get some ideas from everyone else.
i already got Chloe's main gift. that Tag reading system by LeapFrog. (http://www.leapfrog.com/tag/). Her birthday is the 27th, so i'll probably get her a couple more books for it too. For Aidan, DH saw this (http://www.kmart.com/shc/s/p_10151_10104_004W022337110001P). it says 3 years and up and Aidan is 2 but he loves tools so he might like this. but i'm not sure yet. I have no idea what 'big gift' Emma is getting, lol. she really loves doll babies. but she has so many, lol. we're only spending probably $100 or so on each kid. and they all need clothes so they are probably just getting a couple toys and then the clothing they need. Aidan go quite a few outfits for his birthday so he doesn't need as much as the girls. they really don't need anymore toys but they always get a couple new ones.
what are you getting for your kiddos? or someone else if you don't have kids.

My boys are 13, 14, and 20 (as of the 19th)...all they had on their list was computer parts. They want to build their own computers. ...so i am done shopping. I have a few things to get for the 20yo's stocking...but that would be about it. His birthday is done as well since he said computer parts for that. He is going to build himself a computer, hand down his old one (except for a few parts) to youngest brother...and then youngest only needed a few items to make it his own. Did that make sense? lol They did get a few movies or a favorite shirt...but that's it.
My nieces I bought the same DS (game boy) game for...that way they can play each other (it was a Sims interactive game)...was thinking about the game and an employee at Target came up as I was looking at it and said "oh that is really fun...getting 2? they will love playing it together...it's really cool."...ok that sold me. ha ha
I am really stuck on what to give my dh for Christmas...have absolutely NO IDEA. He is making me a beautiful handmade jewelry box for Christmas...i think it has 6-8 drawers in it and two side doors that open to hold my long and short necklaces!! I gotta come up with something good for him...but what?

my Dad and my DH both build their own computers too, so i get ya, lol. it's a lot cheaper sometimes than buying one. DH is going to be getting the parts to build another one so Chloe can have her own (instead of her always wanting to be on my laptop. we fight over it, lol)

My sons are into gaming so they need a stronger computer than the lower priced ones in the store...they can build a stronger gaming computer for less so that is the way they are going on it. Wish dh wanted his own...that would have made it easy for me to shop. He doesn't spend a lot of time on the computer (I guess cuz he does at work)...but always kicks the son off when he wants to surf. Son wishes dad would get his own...maybe we can make dh a lower end computer from all the hand me downs...only problem is WHERE would we put it? We're running low on floor space. lol
No one touches my laptop!
