Card printing options

I was wondering where to print custom greeting cards. I'd like to reccomend some sites to people I know who are wanting to use some of the many Quickpage type cards available. But I can't find any sites that allow you to use your own card design, instead you have to add photos to their designs.

Any site suggestions?
