Last night I purchased several items. I only been able to download less than half of them. Is anyone else having similar problems?
I'm quite upset about this.
Does anyone have a phone number I can contact. Whenever I send them an email message no one has ever responded.

I'm not sure what time you sent the email, but Robin is currently in transit, and will be checking emails later today, and will get with you at that point, I'm sure.

Mine did that, but I found if I refreshed the download page, they worked again.

Sorry you haven't heard from me, I caught up on all of my emails before I went to bed last night and I'm caught up on my inbox from today while I was traveling too and I don't have any messages from you. Will you send me a PM here in the forums with the details of the problem you are having?
Be sure you're using a browser like Firefox or IE, the downloads dont seem to like AOL or MSN Explorer for some reason.
