my weirdo cat playing in the water...

I was washing my hands earlier and my cat jumps up on the counter and is watching the water so I turn it way down and she starts sticking her head in the water trying to bite it so I get my camera out to record this because I have honestly never seen a cat who plays in water. figaro loves water. he will jump in the tub and take baths with the kiddos if we don't watch him. he is a nut case

LOL it is a strange thing to see a cat actually enjoying playing in the water. My other cat Patty gets near a room where water is and she starts flipping out. She knows not to go near the bathroom or kitchen sink and will fight tooth and nail if you attempt to take her near either

My cat loves running water, she comes running and jumps on the counter, paws at it, sometimes will lap at it with her tongue. I have a friend who used to have a cat that would cry for her to turn on her tub every morning so he could drink from it.

My last cat did this ALL the time! She actually refused to drink water out of a bowl, and would meow at the bathroom sink until we turned it on for her, lol! Here's a pic:

My last cat did this ALL the time! She actually refused to drink water out of a bowl, and would meow at the bathroom sink until we turned it on for her, lol! Here's a pic:

My cat does this! And it's a total PITA cause everytime you go in the bathroom he runs in with you so you'll turn on the water!

My cat will not drink out of a water bowl. He has a crystal glass that he will drink out of if no one goes into the bathroom to turn on the water when he meows. and trust me, he meows bloody murder when he wants the water on!!!

one of my cats will not drink the water out of the bowl unless it is ice cold. We have to put ice in it to cool it off for her.
