Can anyone point me in the direction of a list of 2009 holidays?

Even fun ones would be great (like National Chocolate Day, etc.)....

I'm going to make a <gasp!> semi-hybrid desktop calendar for dh...

Ok question when does digi become hybrid? I'm planning on making it all on the computer, printing it out, cutting it out, cutting the cardboard & scoring it, and using the bind-it-all to connect it.....does that count as hybrid or do I have to add paper supplies? So am I hybrid or no?

Thanks so much!!!! Even though you all are a bad influence on a scrapper that said she did not want to do hybrid because of not enough time... lol ;)

If you print it, it's hybrid.

Just google 2009 holidays.

Yes, that is hybrid!

I do giggle though when I've seen someone simply print pages and slip them in an album and then posted it in the hybrid gallery. That's not hybrid. Neither is sending your calendar off to be printed and bound. :D But, yeah, once you start crafting, it's hybrid!

Thanks! Starting it right now! First month...January...already need to go shopping in the store...thank goodness I haven't used my sweet point rewards yet...think I better make a list! I definitely need "It's cold outside" for that first month. ...so skipped to February and using Lauren's "Pengie Love" from the 4th Quarterly Assortment for that page...cute!

Wondering whether I can get it all designed before dh gets home in 4 1/2 hours? he's off work Thursday through Sunday...so will have to wait until Monday to print and bind!

Anyone know where to find the list of FUN dates for 2009....like National Chocolate Day ... gumdrop day (if there is such a thing), etc.? Thought that would be fun to put on dh's desk calendar.

This was so much fun! I just now finished typing in all the birthdays and holidays for the year on dh's 4x6" calendars...no I am not that slow typing...I stopped and bought a bunch of kits from the store...like the one I had to have for January! lol Now I am hoping to wake up early and decorate the pages while he is asleep...he is off work for the next 4 days so I am going to have to be sneaky to get these done while he is home!

Well, Sharon, all you have to do is load him up with chores...make him go out and shovel snow *snort* or take the boys out Christmas shopping for their mom!

Oh shoot! I forgot to send the boys outside today to look for his "missing snow shovel" from yesterday! ackkk!

I'm getting DS games...dh was so "sneaky" and bought them while I was in the store with him...said "whatcha got there" and he showed me.

Hopefully he will sleep late or go work on the jewelry boxes he is making and I'll get some time!
