I finally gave them a try, I going to package them up as host/hostess gifts for Christmas visiting.

The green and white are MINT CHOCOLATE, the ones with the chocolate ones are DEVILS FOOD, and the ones with the pecan on top are BUTTER PECAN.

I still have some chocolate leftover...so I am going to make cheesecake balls tomorrow :)

Thanks everyone!

Recipes:

Butter Pecan (totally tasty!) - Butter Pecan cake mix (not sure if they have it in the US, I am a Canadian gal) - cream cheese icing - used the chocolate confectioners chocolate and put a candied pecan on top

Mint Chocolate - Devils Food cake mix - chocolate icing - 3 tablespoons mint extract - vanilla confectioners chocolate - drizzle is vanilla confections chocolate added food coloring and a bit of veggie oil to thin it out (if you can find the colored confectioners chocolate it works much better)

Double Chocolate - Devils Food cake mix - chocolate icing - chocolate confectioners chocolate

As for how pretty they are (thank you by the way!) it was trial and error (darn I had to eat all the ugly ones...) I ended up taking the frozen balls and reolling a bit to get them perfectly round, then using a wooden skewer to dip them, tap of excess, and once they are dry enough to touch (but not so dry they get stuck to the skewer...) I twist them off, and dip the bottom in chocolate to cover the hole.

I'm actually making some right now, but I didn't have any butter pecan mix (thought I did but all I have left is carrot and rainbow bits). I made cherry chip kind...should be YUMMO!
