OMG these are too tasty!!

I used this recipe HERE (http://www.grouprecipes.com/51314/cheesecake-pops.html), but I added a little strawberry jam, and then added graham cracker crumbs until I got the consistency and taste I wanted. They are super messy to roll into balls, but totally worth it.

I was trying to think of a way to describe how yummy they are...this is what I can up with. If you came to me and said "I will trade you your first born, for an infinite amount of magic negative calorie cheesecake balls"

It would be the toughest decision of my life.

LOL my first born is 16, and everything it means to be a teenager - so it wouldn't be that hard a choice some days. :-) I want to try these this weekend. What kind of choclolate did you use? I tried to dip regular cake balls this summer and it was a disaster! It was like the chocolate was just way to thick.

I used the confectioners chocolate (the little round wafers). I got them in the bulk section of my grocery store.

Do you think the instant cheesecake (like the jello kind) would work for this?

You can have my youngest, and they wouldn't even have to be negative calorie.

Jennifer...I have a cookie swap on Tuesday...I need to make 12 dozen of something...could you make me 12 dozen of them and ship them overnight? Great, thanks. I knew you would.

LOL. They look great!
