so i still don't looooove the way it re-formats my fonts on websites, but it's better than a virus.
so i made the switch and it'll do just fine. i got rid of all those weird tabs/ads/etc and i did get all my faves switched over. so it's not as bad as i thought.
i did it for you col. :D

Just right click anywhere on the tab bar and select "New Tab" rather than typing ctrl T...

ok, so now i have another problem. i know right, WEIRD. winRAR said that if i wanted to continue to use it that i had to buy it, so i deleted it from my computer and now i cannot unzip files and they show up looking like tiff's not like zipped files. WHAT THE CRAP!

My WinRAR always says that...I just click on "close" then keep unzipping. LOL Not sure how to fix your problem though...maybe right click and go to "Open With" then choose WinZip and check off "always use the selected program to open this kind of file"

Well you're just all kinds of computer needy aren't you? LOL
Go to Control Panel/Default Programs/Set Associations and you can change it back to WinZip or whatever program you use for zips

You can also get a new tab button by right clicking on the menu bar and selecting "customize" then add the little "new tab" button!

LMAO! You did it for me? I feel so special now ;)
I use control-t, but you can also use file>new tab, or right click in the tab bar and select new tab.
As for your winrar issues, I have no idea. I use ACDSee to unzip all my stuff.

Unzipthemall (http://www.soft32.com/download_8315.html) is free and works great for unzipping files that's all I ever use if that helps. Hugs Crystal xx

Lizzy - In FF go to view - toolbars - customize and you can add an "add new tab" shortcut button to your toolbar. Then you just click and your tab is open.
