I'm STILL trying to recover files off my EHD that crashed a couple of weeks ago. Many files were duplicated and/or corrupted giving me too many GBs, so I have to sort through them in the software before I can save them and before I can view them.

Anyway, most of the folders lost their names, but many files inside are still accurate. Thankfully as I search through thousands of folders named things like this [98456113] I see files named "KCB_kitname" or "Treed_kitname" which helps me immediately see that this is a file to keep (since I can't view it yet).

So I can hopefully save all of my fabulous SSD stash... and all those folks that DON'T include their names in the files, well those will probably be trashed.

So thanks again SSD gals (and learn from me scrappers- back up your stuff now!)

Yes, I agree! And it's even better if they put the kit name in the files. When I break up my kits, I lose the path of where it came from if it doesn't have a kit name in the file name.
