Lauren Shayna finally arrived last night (12/26), safely missing a Christmas birthday. She's huge--9 lbs, 10 oz--but it was an easy delivery and I pushed for less than 10 minutes. She and I are both doing well, and we go home tomorrow. (Got to love hospitals with wireless internet!)

Thanks, everyone! We're all settled in at home now, and so far Lauren is sleeping pretty well. I know better than to expect that to continue, given my first 2, but it's nice while it lasts!
