Do past challenges go into the store?

Hello, everyone! I have been lurking for a while, and am always amazed at everyone's creativity.

This past summer, there was a challenge with a circle in the middle with various horizontal ribbons running through the center. I can't find the template, and was wondering if past challenges end up in the store?

The templates are made by the sugar babes, not the designers, and I've never seen them for sale. If you could possibly describe the template, I can look through my folder for you and see if I can find it, then I could tell you who made it and you could contact that babe directly.
