Is going to be a PITA, lol. it would be super simple if Jennifer and I lived in the same town; we could get together and physically work on the one layout together. instead, we'll have to do this thousands of miles apart, possibly using file sharing or picture sharing through IM, lol. but we can do it!!

LOL! Corey, they started that one when Hello messenger was still around. It was definitely easier then!

well, i know Yahoo messenger does picture sharing; Samara and i were chatting the other night and she shared a page she was working on with me. so we can do it that route. one of us can work on it and share the progress while the other one makes suggestions. and one of us can supply the pictures for it. there are lots of ways we can both work on it together. there's a thread up and NDISB with tons of answered questions about this, thankfully!

it's part of Yahoo Instant Messenger. you click on Actions on the top and near the bottom of that menu it says Share Photos. thats all i know.

It's just part of Yahoo messenger, Jennifer. When you open a conversation, there's a little picture icon up top. Click it and your conversee accepts, then you can share pictures. I typically just share screenshots. :)

If you want to share a screenshot in YahooIM (make sure photo sharing is open LOL) click ctrl+prnt scrn, & then add photo from clipboard.
Finding that feature has made me miss Hello alot less LOL.

Sara had the pics, so she started it, I've done elements and some papers and she'll finish up the journaling and such.
The file sizes get huge; it's a blast, haha, sending back and forth, lol. Yahoo is s.l.o.w. :p

no crap intended, lol! i was just lost at first on how i was supposed to do this, lol. but we did it, we're done. Jennifer's going to do the uploading. she started it, and i finished it. it was fun merging our styles, which happen to mesh nicely together! can't wait to see whats next!
i hear last year had a bunch of whiners. i almost didnt post this thread cause i didn't want to sound overly whiney, lol. i was just looking for advice, and then i found that wonderful help thread! it saved me!

It's been rough on me. Next year my challenge is probably going to be:
NO LAYOUT REQUIRED, JUST TAKE THE KIT AND DON'T ASK QUESTIONS. :p

Heehee, I could handle that one ROFL. Actually I handed over our LO to Sharon Kay a few minutes ago...she's adding the finishing touches.
When I read the challenge, I didn't think it sounded all that difficult...and then I start seeing all of the questions...I wonder if ppl are making it harder than it is or if I'm screwing up LOL. So long as clear epoxy glue blobs are considered acrylic elements, we're good!

ditto. i liked having specific items that i had to use. kinda like the recipe challenge here. since we went without challenges here and i have been deprived (:D), i thought the race would be a fun challenge!
though, that prize kit is beautiful!

Our finished LO is here...I did use Traci's stitches, but since the rest is non-SSD stuff, I don't feel right about posting it in the gallery.
