tofu?!?! what do you do with it?!?!
pan fry it in a little pam, then make up a sauce with hoisen, soy and a little rice vinegar, then throw it in the wok with lotsa yummy veggies. :)

Seriously? That's it? I stood looking a Tofu for like 10 min. Soft, Medium, Firm, and Xtra Firm, so many choices. I was like, WTH am I supposed to do with this???? Just open the pack and take a bite?

I use extra firm.... also.. if you freeze it first.. it helps with the texture. I've eaten it raw before btw :p with mustard ^_^ it's not that bad, but i'm very use to tofu. you can use any sort of flavouring/sauce/etc with tofu.. it's super awesome cause it soaks up anything like a sponge. :]

I lurve the spicy braised tofu at House of Hunan and get it every time we go there. LURVE.
I've made tofu lasagna and dh loved it!
(I'm not a vegetarian, I just like tofu. lol)
