I always love reading these threads...so share with me what you are making (or ordering :D) tonight!!!!

We are having Zesty Potato Cheese Soup and homemade crusty French Bread!! Breads from the bread machine here is the soup:

Ingredients:

* 3 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted
* 2 cans (12 ounces each) evaporated milk
* 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 3/4 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese
* 6 slices ready-to-serve fully cooked bacon, crumbled

Directions:
In a large saucepan, combine the potato soup and milk. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until heated through. Ladle into serving bowls. Sprinkle with cheeses and bacon. Yield: 6 servings.

I could totally go for some potato soup, wanna share? :)

I think the boys are cooking chicken tonight. Hopefully they won't insist on Rice-a-Roni again (I don't eat it). That or they're making crab dip/cakes.

Our dinners when FI has his son are always superboring b/c FI's son is so picky. I will have to work until at least 6, if not later, so it might end up they eat without me seeing as how they're both hypoglycemic.

It'll either be eating out or pork/chicken on the George Foreman, corn for FI's son and a different veggie for us, & rice/noodles/potato for us with a slice of Kraft American cheese for FI's son.

P.S. Although I have big plans to make my Chicken-Pesto-Noodle dish this w/e sometime. :)

1 box farfalle (but you can use any kind of shell-y noodle that you like)
2 jars of this (http://www.amazon.com/Racconto-Traditional-Basil-Pesto-3-Ounce/dp/B001EPQCMU/ref=sr_1_20?ie=UTF8&s=grocery&qid=1232033304&sr=1-20)
4-5 boneless skinless chix breasts
grape tomatoes, halved (optional)
grated Parmesan

Cook chix. You can season them if you like, but I usually just do salt 'n' pepper since the pesto is so strong. Cut into bite-size pieces.

Cook noodles. Drain.

Add half chix and half noodles into big bowl. Add one jar pesto. Stir thoroughly. [This is just to make it easier to pesto-ify everything. You can dump all the chix and all the noodles at the same time if you're feeling rebellious.]

Add remaining chix and noodles and pesto to bowl. Stir thoroughly. Add cheese. Add tomatoes if desired.

Eat either hot or cold. Usually, I eat it hot when I first serve it ('cause I can't wait for it to cool down!), but then eat it cold subsequent days.

YUM!

Probably Little Ceaser's pizza since I'm sick and DH is working......

La, that recipe sounds so good! I'd serve it with a side of steamed asparagus sauteed with garlic, olive oil, butter & balsamic vinegar and some fresh bread!

I pulled out some of the tomato juice my mom and I canned this summer and added some veggies and ground chuck. It's been slow simmering all day and smells yummy. It's FREEZING here today so some nice hot soup will be perfect :)

that looks good!

We just pulled "crazy crust pizza" out of the oven...a description would be a liquid batter poured in a jelly roll pan and baked with hamburger on it...pull out and add sauce and cheese and stick back in oven. It's called crazy crust because the meats bakes into the crust.
