Starting weight: 179.6 (6 Oct 2008)
Current weight: 161.8
Goal weight: 160 (my "ideal" weight is like 138, but the last time I was 130-something was when I was 18 so I am taking baby steps to see what is REALLY ideal for me without having to kill myself to maintain that weight!)

Exercise Mins:
SUNDAY: 1 hr min spin class
MONDAY: 1 hr Body Pump class (phew my arms feel like jello)

Exercise Mins:
MONDAY: 33 min on treadmill @ 2.7 mph (sore from yesterday)
TUESDAY: 35 min on treadmill @ 2.8 mph, 20 min on reclining bike
WEDNESDAY: nothing - slept in 'cause hubby ticked me off last night and my foot was in pain :thumbdown:
THURSDAY: nothing again
FRIDAY: 45 min on treadmill @ 2.8 mph

Starting weight: size 24, very tight 24 a year ago
Current weight: size 20, lost 30 pnds in a year
Goal weight or fitness goal: size 12

Exercise Mins:
MONDAY: walk the dog a mile, 13.4 miles on the exercise bike
TUESDAY: play with the dog in the yard (if you knew my dog you'd know that was exercise)
WEDNESDAY:9 miles on the exercise bike, walk the dog half a mile
THURSDAY: sit on my big fat butt
FRIDAY:dog ran the fool out of me

Other random goals/thoughts for the week:
limit self to one cup of Coke a day and I'd lose more weight.
drink more water and stay out of the cheez-its I never should have bought in the first place.

MONDAY: none - we went for our consult at the gym, no true exercise done.

~My hours of sleep have improved to about 6 a night (much better for me!)
~I joined in on a 6 week challenge at the gym that starts the 26th
~I need to shop for better choices of food for in the house!!!!

Goal weight or fitness goal: To do 5 hours of cardio this week and lose 2 lbs (I have been lifting weights and gained this week. I know it might be muscle but .... )

Exercise Mins:
MONDAY: 60 mins of weights
TUESDAY: 32 mins of jogging/vigorous walking with incline on treadmill
WEDNESDAY: 90 mins of recumbant bike, treadmill and stair climber - as well as upper body weights
THURSDAY:
FRIDAY:60 mins - treadmill & weights, running and walking
SATURDAY: 60 mins - recumbant bike and weights
SUNDAY:

Other random goals/thoughts for the week:Journal all my food for the whole week.

(I have been lifting weights and gained this week. I know it might be muscle but .... )

Your 1st few weeks of exercise will likely render some gain before loss since your body is adjusting to the chance and you will retain more water at first since you are working them muscles. So give it a few weeks before you get discouraged!!!!!!!!

I'm late, didn't work out yesterday since dh and the kids were home *bothering* me :p

Starting weight: 184 (5'10)
Current weight: 183 (still the same)
Goal weight: not really a goal to loose weight, wanna start getting more active and tone up some flabby areas.

Other random goals/thoughts for the week: dh says I may not be getting enough calories during the day cause I'm not a huge eater at lunch. *sigh* so I've gotta try to have decent snacks throughout the day and work on a fuller lunch.

okay i am doing good with my excersice...horrible with checking in here.
I did get a new app for my iphone that i am calorie counting on and that is helping even more.

Starting weight: 158
Current weight: 157
Goal weight or fitness goal: 140

MONDAY: none
TUESDAY: 30 minutes wii fit
WEDNESDAY: 20 minutes elliptical training
THURSDAY:38 minutes wii fit 20 minutes elliptical (i am at 156 today!!!!)

sorry i've been MIA on this, lol. when i get my house crap back on track, i do plan on getting back to some healthy work outs, lol. i just have no motivation whatsoever right now. congrats, Jennifer on losing 5 pounds! that's great! keep up the good work, ladies! i'm cheering you on from the sidelines!
