Is anyone else even interested in checking-in with this each week? Seems it started off with a bang and it's fizzled down to just me and a few other people checking-in. So does that mean you fell off the wagon or what???

Starting weight: 179 (back in Oct)
Current weight: 158
Goal weight or fitness goal: My initial goal was 160 so now I am letting my body tell me what is right for me!

After I met my goal I have just been working out 3 times a week and watching what I eat and I am still losing weight!!!!

I haven't really fell off the wagon I just haven't been gung ho but I got back into it tonight so I should be ok.

I'll join in since I started a boot camp at my gym this morning. 3x a week for boot camp and I'm going to try to go an additional 3 days just for running.
