Another One Bites the Dust

Just got my issue of Country Home in the mail today along with a notice that they are ceasing publication. I am so sad. I LOVE that magazine. All the gorgeous flea market finds and remodeling articles were amazing not to mention the decorating photos.

This economy SUCKS!!!!!

My DH read on the news that Sirius/XM Radio may also be declaring bankruptcy very shortly, which sucks because I just bought him a radio during Boxing Week, and he hasn't been able to install it yet! Its still brand new in the box :(!!!!

That sucks. I just got my final issue of Digital Scrapbooking Magazine. I've known for awhile that they are no longer doing the paper version of the magazine and was more then a little miffed that my final addition came with a notice of renewal. Nothing in the packaging said they were no longer publishing the magazine (I found out online and there was a notice in the last issue before this). What about all those people that picked it up and decided to buy a subscription. Morons. Luckily my subscription ran out with that issue.

I finally stopped getting all the stupid renewal notices from DSM in the mail, but I haven't received my final issue yet though. I still have one more issue left on my subscription after this one so I'm supposed to be getting one month of CK in it's place. But now I'm receiving tons of renewal notices from CK telling me that my "subscription" is about to expire!! It's really annoying to be getting all these renewal notices for a mag that I never actually subscribed to!!
