...I spent ALL day today finishing up the cover and intro page for Meri's book. I had a free 8x8 book code that expires TOMORROW. So I finish it all up and load it into my cart, copy and paste the code and it tells me its INVALID! UGH, I sure sent them an email and if they do not respond by tomorrow morning I am SO making a phone call!!!!!

Did you go throught the digital scrapbooking solutions link to start your book? If so, for some reason they have it coded as a different product from the photobook, even thought they're exactly the same. So you have to go to the regular photobook product and select the blank page every time instead of having it prefilled with blank pages for you. It's stupid, and it happened to me last time. I was in your same boat, and I didn't have enough time to finish it, so I missed out on my coupon. I was SOOOO mad!

The second time around I went through the link and when I tried to put in the coupon code it had the nerve to tell me it was already used. Very VERY irritating. I plan on calling them tomorrow if they don't get back to me tonight by email. The coupon expires tomorrow so I think it is still good tomorrow if I get it resolved.

Whenever I've called, they've always given me an extension on my free codes when I'm having trouble finishing the book up on time (read: always, lol), so I'm certain if you speak to someone they'll set it straight for you. And if they don't, call back and speak to someone else, because the ones who know what they're doing in their CS will do it without batting an eyelash.

OK, so I clicked on the link through the email, created a whole new book and voila it worked!!!! I got a 52 page 8x8 book for just $26. I was all excited and shared with DH how I saved us a lot of money and he had the nerve to suggest I not scrap so many pages and save us more! Pffft. That's like telling me not to take any pictures or to remember ANY memories! Men!!!! Pfft!
