....it just goes on and on my friend! Ugh, last wednesday I got a sore throat and as the day wore on I felt crappier and crappier. It is sunday, day 5 and I still feel like crapola. My throat feels better, but all the sinusy stuff showed up today. I feel like I've been sick forever. Someone please tell me I'll be better tomorrow.

Thanks Suzann. I'm waiting for the cough to appear. Probably tomorrow. Whoever designed this kind of cold totally sucks. Seriously! Sore throat, then sinus crap, then cough. I almost prefer the 24 hour puking sickness to this long dragged out affair....almost....
Strangely, neither my husband or my daughter have caught it or are showing signs that they are catching it...I wonder what the incubation period is for it?

ugh. I hope you feel better soon. I know what you mean. A lot of people are getting colds that last a long time this year. And, I hope that no one else in your family gets sick.

A nasty cold has cycled itself through my entire household...I'm the last to get it, and it seems like I can't kick it.
Feel better soon!

I have one of these going too, I'm on Day 7, and I've had enough.
I hope you feel better asap! It totally stinks!

We have had colds/flu/stomach flu for the last 6 weeks!! Seriously I think there was four days we were all healthy. But to answer your incubation period. It is usually a week for us (just when we think we kicked it). If we make it past a week without a second one of us getting it then we are usually safe!
And yep this winter it is the season of neverending sickies, the store lady says they have to restock their med aisle like three times a day!

Thanks all for listening to me whine. Today, a little better, but not a ton. Of course the freaking noreaster going on outside is not improving my mood....

I'm glad you're a little better today! Hopefully you're on the mend now. My kids were actually only sick less than a week, but once I caught it, it's lasted forever! I'm on day 10with this crazy cough and sinus junk!
