so I have to take the cat to the vet today, because he's all sick and shizz... anyway..... they asked me to bring his shot records- since I never took him to the vet after we adopted him (yes yes bad bad)...............
so I dug them out.......
yeh....... either a) I didn't realize how long we've had him or
b) I didn't realize that the vac's expire after a year (what??) ....... but yeh, he's well behind now :p
we got him in 2006 apparently o_o
oops.
sorry kitty.
you're getting poked a lot today.

the poor thing is so miserable and out of it already :[ maybe they won't poke him cause he's sick?? lol they don't give kids vac's when they're sick.. my theory should apply to kitties too hahahaha

LOL! As long as he is indoors and not exposed to other animals he is ok without getting all the shots. I know that when I worked with my dad there were a few clients that choose not to give their cats all the recommended shots. But yeah- he will get poked.

They might not La, that's a good theory, lol.
But most animal vacc's don't have side effects that could make them sick like kids ones do, kwim?

If you have a vet that cares about animals the way they should I bet they tell you to bring kitty back when he's feeling better and just take care of the sickies today.

The fun vet trips :) I'm sure he's fine since he's an indoor cat :)

Well, if he's sick, they may not. My cat was sick when he went in to be neutered, and they said if they were to do the procedure, the stress would cause him to lose his hair.
