Brushes?!

Ok, I feel like a total dumbie, but how do I open/use brushes in PSE? Like Penny's word jumbles?? I am lost lol. Thank you ladies in advance :)

oh you HAVE to use brushes, they are the best ever! very very very simply, what you do is go into your brushes pallette, click that little triangle/arrow thingy on the right side, then say "load" and then navigate to your brushes.
