Saint Francis.

Go get a little St. Francis. You bury him near your listing sign. I did that, sold my house the same week after it being on the market for 4 months. Don't forget to take him with you to your new house. :)

Is the market pretty bad where you are?

We tried last year to sell and even had a sale pending but it fell through. We ended up renting it out instead.

Good luck!

AH crud. It's not St. Francis, but rather St. Joseph.

Here are a few

Definitely get yourself a small St. Joseph statue/figurine & bury it in your yard! You should be able to find one in any Catholic book store or gift shop or maybe even just a Christian book store that carries lots of different religious items. We have several here in town (Catholic Art & Gifts and Perfect Peace are the two I've been to) & they all sell them.

The market here is not so great either, there were at least 3 houses for sale just on our street alone over the last few months and a bunch in our neighborhood area too. There are even quite a few houses with for rent signs in our neighborhood that are just sitting vacant. Yet they are building new houses like crazy in our town!

If someone could spot me 200k, I'd buy it! That is seriously like a dream house. I'm wanting to move now too. Just recarpeted my whole upstairs, did some landscaping, and have been looking, but I got SUCH A DEAL on this house, that I almost can't move without kicking myself.

Of course, having a sex offender who moved in next door would probably dampen any plans to sell too...argh...

Is there anything we can bury over here to get us INTO a house? Perhaps a money tree? :)

Okay I don't know why I found this so damn funny, but I just made the weirdest laugh-like-snort noise I've ever heard come out of myself.

That's all. Carry on.
