Alright so...tonight I decided to bake. At like 9:30 at night. Dunno, don't ask.
I made muffins. From a mix. They turned out.
I made chocolate chip cookies. From scratch. Except I added some butterscotch chips too. Using my mom's recipe, which I already knew didn't have enough flour, so I added extra. Lots extra.
I've got one big massive cookie sheet sized cookie going on in my kitchen. I don't think it's cooked all the way through.
Oh well...pretty sure it tastes good, lol.

I make cookie cakes for the boys for their birthdays since they don't like regular cakes... I use my Pampered Chef round baking stone and it turns out great! ...but to those contemplating this...make sure you don't go to the edge...leave at least an inch around all sides or it will overflow onto the bottom of your oven and burn (yes...lesson learned). Love cookie cakes!
We made Pillsbury Funfetti Cookies the other night...soooooooo easy. It was on our box of Pillsbury Funfetti cake mix...but just in case yours doesn't have the recipe...

We don't even frost them because they are SOOO sweet to begin with. Great little munching cookie. I bought 7 boxes of the yellow cake mix (Easter aisle at Target) for 75 cents a box...figured that is cheap for 3 dozen cookies that are easy to make! Expiration date is next Summer...so figured that would be an easy to make, cheap, yummy snack for the Robotics team this next school year!
